ABBY & TAD - Mom & Dad to Remington
Rescue started out as a hobby and turned into a full-fledged obsession.
Remington was my first foster and my first foster failure (within 24 hours).
After that, I was hooked. I couldn't take in fosters fast enough and I
couldn't wait to save more. Every dog has their own unique story and will
take a different approach to rehabilitate them. My husband and I have
endured aggravation and overwhelming joy over the same dog. Every moment
with the dog is worth it because in the end you can see the hope and love in
their eyes. They know that they couldn't have done it without you.
Legacy is an awesome group of volunteers and I'm so proud to be a part of
it. I was fortunate to help in the building of the group and see it flourish
in a short amount of time. Every person in the group has an integral part in
the mission: saving boxers.
