Hi, I’m Coach! I’m a sweet boy who loves cuddles and can win anyone over with my sad boxer eyes. I’m not sad but it’s a good trick to get some chair time with my foster dad or a treat. I have an orthopedic condition with my knees so I walk a little funny but I can still move pretty quick when I’m doing zoomies with my fur-siblings. When they’re being too aggressive for me, I run beside them and bark to cheer them on! My foster parents had to put a gate on the stairs because I’m so good going up them, but then can’t get back down. After a hard play session, I sometimes lay down with my fur-siblings but really like to keep my foster dad’s feet warm while he’s working.
I'm house & crate trained but still appreciate positive reinforcement when it's time to crate up. I don't know how to tell you I need to potty so I would also appreciate you just take me out on a regular basis, maybe I could be bell trained? I can be a little shy at first with new people but once I know you're good people, then we're pals for life. I don't care for walks that much, I mostly like to snuggle and play around the house and backyard.
The orthopedist said my knees face outward and that’s why I walk funny. It’s no big deal though, it doesn’t bug me. I just need help sometimes. Not to sound too conceited, but I'm super handsome, a rich fawn coat and a gorgeous face, people always talk about how cute I am. Can't wait to be adopted and have a home of my very own!
If you aren't able to adopt at this time, please consider making a much needed, tax-deductible donation to Legacy Boxer Rescue by clicking here.
Do you want to make a difference in the life of a needy boxer? Well now you can! You can sponsor one of our rescue boxers and help him/her get the fresh start they deserve!
Every cent of your generous donation will go toward the boxer’s vet care, food and necessities. Our adoption fees and fundraisers do not cover the costs of the many dogs in our program.
Please help LBR offset these costs and sponsor a boxer today!
