My name is Aphrodite and I have had a pretty rough time of things. Animal control found me hypothermic and bleeding all over with lots of puncture wounds. They called Legacy who got me to the doctor ASAP! I was there 2 long weeks getting better and had to have a couple surgeries to clean out my wounds. I also had to go through heartworm treatment, but now I am all better and ready to go!

My foster mom says I am just as sweet as can be, but I am still very nervous and take a while to get comfortable in new situations. I LOVE other dogs though, and have to go to a home that has one - they make me so happy and I love to follow them around and play with them! I also don't mind the cats here, I just ignore them. Foster mom says I walk great on the leash and am just perfect in my crate. She loves to just cuddle up with me on the bed!
