Hi guys! I'm Madeline. I'm six months old, just a baby!! My foster mom said I had something called mange. TWO KINDS - that must mean I'm lucky right? Well, if lucky means itchy, I sure am! But we started new medicine and my foster mom says that even though it tastes yucky, it'll make me better soon. I have a foster brother and a sister and I really like them. I dont feel much like playing right now, but they look they'll be a blast when I'm feeling less itchy. Right now my favorite things to do are to watch my foster siblings play and get loved on from my foster mom. My foster mom says that she can't wait for me to start feeling better so that she can deal with some puppy antics, whatever those are. I'm doing really well on housetraining if I do say so myself. My foster mom has a bell on the door and I'm learning how to ring it when I need to go. Sometimes she doesn't hear the bell though, so I've had a couple of accidents. But I'm a puppy, so it's ok right? Well, remember those puppy antics my foster mom was talking about? I think I figured those out and BOY are they FUN! I feel alot better since I started my demodex treatment and my hair is growing back in slowly but surely. I'm a pretty great puppy if I say do say so myself. I love my foster brothers and sisters. My bestest friend in the whole wide world is Annie. She and I like to play together alot. When I'm tired and sleepy though, I love to snuggle with my older foster brother and sister. Right now, Kaiser is sleeping on me. I make a pretty good pillow. I'm working on that potty training thing, but I think I get it. If I go potty outside, I get a treat. If I go potty inside, my foster mom sighs real loud and asks "Which one of y'all did this?" to me or Annie. My favorite game in the world is called BOP. I like to try and bop your nose, especially if you're a human and you're standing up. I can always get my foster mom, but my foster dad is 6'2" and sometimes I can get his nose too! It's the greatest game I ever invented. I have my very own crate that I go in everyday when my foster mom leaves the house and I like it. And honestly, I think it's better I go in there, because I'd have WAY too much fun out of it. My foster mom has all kinds of cool things in her house for me to chew on! We were at the vet the other day and I saw a cat. It was a pretty cool little creature, but he ran away from me! All I wanted to do was play with him - mean kitty! I hope to find a family that loves me soon, I like my foster family, but could really use a family all my own too! I'd be pretty bored if I was the only dog in the family so I really need a doggie brother to keep me busy. |
