Do you want to make a difference in the life of a needy boxer? Well now you can! You can sponsor one of our rescue boxers and help him/her get the fresh start they deserve!

Every cent of your generous donation will go toward the boxer’s vet care, food and necessities. Our adoption fees and fundraisers do not cover the costs of the many dogs in our program.

Please help LBR offset these costs and sponsor a boxer today!

Thank you for your support!!!

I haven't been sponsored yet.

Hi, my name is Lindy. I am a 4-year-old boxer. Cute aren't I? My foster family tells me all the time how cute I am. I am looking for a loving family, sort of like my foster family. My foster family has a little girl I love to snuggle with and my foster brother is a beagle mix who is so funny to talk to.

I have had a rough time. I had heartworms, which are going away and won't come back. Then I had a cyst removed, which is why some of my hair is shaved. The hair is growing back nicely and I am finally gaining weight.

I love attention and kids so if I can get a permanent home with both that is great. I do well with other dogs with a little bit of an introduction. I get used to them and then love to play with them. I can really adapt to any situation as long as love and snuggling is involved.

My foster brother Cooper and I love to switch beds. It is funny because I try to snuggle up in his little bed and he tries to snuggle up in my big bed.

I am thankful for Legacy Boxer Rescue for saving my life and finding me such a good foster family. I can't wait until I get my hair back and I gain some weight, then no one will be able to pass me by. I am a bit shy at first but once my personality comes out I am just wonderful. So I have decided that I am the perfect dog for any family as long as they love me forever. I need to be in a home that will allow me to be the companion that I am. I like to be close by and make sure I am with my foster parents. I wake up early and protect my family. I can't wait to get a forever home and love on them.

I am working on the whole housebreaking issue. I go outside when instructed, but am still learning to notify my foster mom when I need to go. With continued patience and training, my foster mom says I can do it. It is hard when you have so much change to get used to a routine, but I am finally getting one. So if you are interested in me (and who wouldn't be) please fill out an application. I can't wait to meet you.
