Hi! My name is Darby and my foster Mother says "I'm the most beautiful baby she's ever seen". I have to question her about that one because I'm pretty hairless but she is giving me good medicine and great food which I can't seem to get enough of and my hair is coming back again! Life is great!

I love playing with my foster brother Odis and sister Jesse although she doesn't play much due to her size (HUGE) but Odis and I run all over the house and backyard. I like to take every toy of Odis's and carry each one outside then Mom comes and throws them for me to fetch (another thing I'm real good at doing).

I wasn't potty trained when I first came into my foster home but Mom has really been patient with me and has been teaching me that the only person who gets to potty in the house is her. I am however fascinated with that contraption she calls a toilet! She has to get on to me as I want to put my head into it!

Anyway, Odis and Jesse have helped me too to understand about doing it outside! I surprised my foster Mom the other day with yet another one of my many talents. I like watching her dry her hair in the mornings! She sits on this chest by the windows and I sit on the bed. The blow dryer is another fascinating object and I always bark at it! Well, yesterday morning I was barking up a storm and I just decided to sit down and start singing! I raised my head to the sky and just let it rip! Mom had to shut off the dryer and watch me then she decided to join in! We howled a great tune!

I guess Mom had a great time doing it because she got me started again this morning. I told her I needed to be careful and not damage my vocal cords as I plan on auditioning for "American Idol" as soon as my hair grows back. Mom seems to think I might scare Simon into voting against me. Can't imagine that happening!

Anyways, I like kids too but prefer ones that are older and can play without me accidentally knocking them down. I'm very strong and manly! I'm very protective of everyone around me and would love to have a wonderful forever home!
