Do you want to make a difference in the life of a needy boxer? Well now you can! You can sponsor one of our rescue boxers and help him/her get the fresh start they deserve!

Every cent of your generous donation will go toward the boxer’s vet care, food and necessities. Our adoption fees and fundraisers do not cover the costs of the many dogs in our program.

Please help LBR offset these costs and sponsor a boxer today!

Thank you for your support!!!

I haven't been sponsored yet.

Hi! My name is Bella and I am six months old. My name used to be Delta, but my foster parents changed it to Bella when they started taking care of me. They said it reminded them of some old song, but that's not how I got that name at all. See, my real daddy named me that because it's a military word, and my daddy is in the military. That's why he had to leave me. He said he had to go somewhere far, far away, cause that's his job, and he couldn't take me with him. That's ok though. I'm proud of my daddy and my foster parents are taking really good care of me. They bought me lots of new toys to play with, and when I get tired, they let me snuggle up and watch TV with them.

I kinda like my new name, that's why I always come when they call me. My foster mommy says Bella means beautiful in Italian. I'm not sure what Italian is, but I think I'll be even more beautiful when the little bald spots on my face and leg go away. My foster parents said that I have a form of mange, but since we caught it early, I'll have fur back there in no time!

My foster parents are trying to teach me that I need to go outside when I have to potty, and I'm trying to learn. I don't go in my crate at night, cause I have to sleep in there, and that would just be gross. But sometimes when I'm playing with my foster brother and sister, I don't want to stop what I doing and go outside. They're so much fun! They let me crawl on them, chase them, and even nibble on them a little bit. I do like those treats my foster mommy keeps giving me when I do go outside to potty though, so maybe it's worth it.

My foster mommy says I'm a good girl because when it's time to go in my crate and go night-night I don't cry or anything and I always sleep all night. She doesn't know that I'm just really tired, and besides, I love lying on that big comfy pillow she put in my crate. Don't tell her ok?

Anyway, I need a home that I can stay at forever and ever. Can you take me home? We'll have lots of fun and I promise I'll love you, kiss you and be your best friend.
